1. How do I register?

Send the registration form to GFGH@fluor.com.

Once your registration has been submitted, your assigned GFGH point of contact will send a confirmation email and will request specific information from you based on your sponsorship level. 


Registration is not considered complete until payment is received.

2. How do I get a Fluor player on my team?

  Double Eagle and Eagle Sponsors are provided Fluor Executives as part of their sponsorship package. However, we would be happy to fill your team with Fluor players, regardless of your sponsorship level. After registration, your point of contact will send you a team registration form where you will be asked to designate whether you would like for us to assign Fluor players to your team. 

3. How do I get rental clubs?

As part of the team registration process, we ask that you designate which players will require rental clubs. Rental clubs will be made available at tournament registration, the day of the tournament.

4. Can I bring guests to the tournament?

Sponsors may add on a “Day Pass” to their sponsorship. This provides access to the Black Hawk Country Club, covers cost of food and beverages, and includes an option for a group golf lesson or massage. 

5. How many representatives are allowed at the Trade Show?

  Double Eagle and Eagle Sponsors are allowed 4 attendees.

Birdie sponsors are allowed 2 attendees.

6. How are Trade Show booth locations assigned?

  Upon receipt of payment, you will be given the opportunity to choose your booth assignment from the available locations.
